Legitimate information from local safety officer Ameer Jehad Tim Ambolodto revealed the victims came from outside the country as their remains were found among the wreckage in Ampatuan town.
Windy Beaty from the provincial disaster-mitigation office stated that witnesses saw smoke and heard an explosion as the plane went down less than a kilometer away from farmhouses. The incident did not cause any human injuries yet it killed a water buffalo on the ground. Defense personnel sealed off the airplane crash site area.
