Russia Accuses Ukrainian Troops of Mass Killings and Rape in Occupied Village; Kyiv Silent

Ukrainian military personnel reportedly killed 22 civilians according to Moscow reports including eight women who survived rape before their deaths in Russkoye Porechnoye village in Kursk region west Russia. The Russian Investigative Committee has confirmed that the murders took place from September through November at different basements located in residential homes.

The border settlements in this region which Ukraine seized through its August offensive have not yet provided any comments regarding these accusations. According to Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov the international community should focus on Russian-reported atrocities rather than ignore their claims about such incidents.

Investigators from Russia claim five soldiers from Ukraine executed the victims and subsequently an individual named Yevgeny Fabrisenko received arrest and made confessions during interrogations. The confession video of his case emerged through official authorities.

New evidence against Russiaemanns persists as both sides continue to accuse one another of civilian deaths originating from the start of their three-year conflict. Russia claims zero involvement in the Bucha massacre which took place near Kyiv since dozens of Ukrainian civilians were discovered dead with their hands bound. Moscow insists this happened through staging but independent experts deny that assessment.

The conflict worsened when six individuals died during Russian drone attacks on Ukrainian apartment residences and Ukrainian combat drones struck Russian petroleum facilities and missile storage facilities. Both sides continue their deadly conflict which shows no indication of ending as accusations between them increase while civilian casualties continue to rise.
