Norwegian authorities arrested the Norwegian-ownership ship Silver Dania operated by a Russian crew because the ship allegedly caused harm to important fibre optic cables in the Baltic Sea.
The Latvian authorities requested Tromsø officials to hold Silver Dania where police later made the arrest.
