Local media reports that an Argentine court discharged three people arrested among others in the death of British singer Liam Payne, two were remained in overnight interrogation Thursday
Dismissed: Charge against the businessman Rogelio Nores, close associate of Payne allegedly bilking him; Two Argentine hotel employees whose pool is owned by the Buenos Aires property where he had been staying before he died attempting to leave 10 months ago.
There was insufficient evidence to charge them with any crime, the ruling said 
Nevertheless, a third employee and a waiter from the neighboring restaurante ro obtained their release from detention. The two are still subject to arrest for allegedly giving the Direction star cocaine while he was there
If found guilty, they could each serve up to 15 years in prison.
For Payne had been attending personal business in Argentina at the time of incident.
His sudden passing reverberated around the music industry and around his massive fanbase worldwide.
Police are still investigating the events leading up to Koto’s death. Nores and the two hotel employees are now out on bail, but prosecutors predict that more obstacles will hold up the remaining suspects in subsequent week.
No further comments from the court on the matter and Payne family have kept silent for now over latest legal developments.
